Tryouts

• A tryout fee to cover gym space and coaching: $20 (Collected at tryouts)

Club Fees if you make a team

Girls

• GEVA requires a yearly membership fee for junior players  $40 (paid online when you register)
• Club Fee of $500+ that covers coaching, equipment, uniforms, gym space, coaching at tournaments, etc (collected at tryouts, but only deposited if you make a team)
• Tournament entry fees, Coaching, coaches rooms for overnight tournaments,  approximately another $1000 (different from 1st club fee and varies per team) dependent upon tournaments played and for coaching during tournaments.  Once you make a team you will be notified of the amount you owe (collected during first month of practices)  Older teams play in more Big overnight tournaments so their cost will be slightly higher because of the overnight stays and more expensive entry fees.

 

• Individual Additional travel costs: gas, tolls, food, hotels for any overnight stays at multi-day tournaments
• Prices are subject to changes due to unforseen issues.

·         Payment Schedule 2011-2012:

1^st Payment of $500 paid already at tryouts in Nov.

2^nd payment of $500 Due Fri. December 9^th ALL TEAMS

3^rd payment of $500 Due Friday, January 13^th ALL TEAMS EXCEPT 14’S

4^th payment of $500 Due Friday, February 10^th Only 17-1 & 18-1

4^th payment of $150 Due Friday, February 10^th Only 15-1,16-1,16-2

Mail ALL payments to WWVBC, 205 Burgundy Lane, Newtown, PA 18940.  Make checks out to WWVBC.  Must Mail a Check for these payments. 

Boys

• 1st Club Fee of $500+ that covers coaching, equipment, uniforms, gym space, coaching at tournaments, etc (collected at tryouts, but only deposited if you make a team)
• Additional FEES to cover Tournament entry fees, Coaching, coaches rooms for overnight tournaments.  (different from 1st club fee and varies per team) dependent upon tournaments played and for coaching during tournaments.  Older or top teams in an age group play in more Big overnight tournaments so their cost will be slightly higher because of the overnight stays and more expensive entry fees.

Pricing 18′s team - @$500                 Pricing @425

18’s payment plan: $300 Nov 1^st and $200 Dec 1^st

16’s payment plan: $225 Nov 1^st and $200 Dec 1st
