Hello all,
Well the beach program is all set for this summer and this should give you all the details you need…
Date, time, etc: The program will start on the week of June 6th and commence on July 28th (8 weeks long), all players should refer to the document below for their designated time. Please note that a tremendous amount of thought and coordination went into the assigned practice nights so we ask that no change requests be made unless absolutely necessary. The practice nights will run from 5:30 until 8:00pm. Schedules: PRACTICE NIGHT LIST(1) & beach schedule
Coaching Staff: Our coaching team will consist of Alex (Mondays), Mike (Tuesdays), Joe (Wednesdays), and Scott (Thursdays). A HUGE thanks to the other coaches who are volunteering their time to this program, therefore making it possible!!!!
Rules: Our rules are simple.. 1) If you are missing practice, you must notify your coach by email ahead of time. 2) All players must remain in the court area at all times, unless discussed ahead of time with your coach. Recognizing that this is a public park and safety is our first priority, this will be enforced with removal from the program.
Weather Cancellations: All players must check this email account before heading to the park as any cancellations will be announced before 4:30 pm…check every day so you don’t waste the drive!
Directions: We will play on the beach volleyball courts at Morris Davidson Park (on Plainsboro Rd in Plainsboro).

Tournaments: Players will have the option of playing in tournaments all summer long (most located at Point Pleasant Beach). We’ll discuss that more at practice; stay tuned. If you are curious in the meantime, feel free to search around on greatamericanvolleyball.com. Beach Schedule
Additional playing time: The possibility exists to occasionally join other practices. If you are looking to get more playing time in, please speak with your coach.
Volunteer coaches (volunteer hours): For the players who are more experienced in the game (Junior’s and Senior’s), we would like to have a few of you fill in to assist on Thursdays. If you are interested in earning volunteer hours, let me know (I’d like to get 2-4 players to commit somewhat regularly to this).
